- By purchasing a Mystery Holiday voucher, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by both the Holiday Promoter and Holiday Provider. Click here to view full T&Cs.
- Booking for Two: Day Trip Mystery Holiday packages are based on double occupancy (two adults sharing). Therefore, a minimum of two vouchers must be purchased to qualify for the advertised rates.
- What's Included: Each Mystery Holiday includes return flights and shared resort transfers.
- Flight Conditions: Flights are available on selected services only. Customers may request changes to flight details, subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
- Destination Allocation: Each customer is randomly assigned a destination based on their selected travel dates.
- Destination Disclosure: The destination will remain undisclosed at the time of purchase. Once revealed and the voucher is redeemed, the booking becomes non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if a customer is unhappy with the allocated destination.
- Redemption Process: Upon voucher redemption, the Holiday Provider will contact the customer via email to confirm booking details. Customers must respond within 24 hours to secure their allocated destination.
- Travel Advisory Changes: Should travel to the allocated destination become restricted due to updated Foreign Office advice, an alternative destination will be offered.
