  <li>The merchant arranges flights and hotel for you.</li>
  <li>Confirm the final plans and get ready for your adventure!</li>

  <li><b>Occupancy:</b> European Mystery Holiday is based on 2 people sharing.</li>

  <li><b>Destination:</b> Your Mystery Holiday destination is assigned based on the travel dates you select when redeeming your voucher. The Holiday Provider manages availability and will randomly assign from destinations open on those dates. If you prefer, you can choose an alternative destination for £20 per person, where available. Your destination will remain a surprise until vouchers are redeemed.</li>

  <li><b>Availability Changes:</b> In rare cases, a destination may become unavailable after voucher redemption. If this happens, you will be contacted promptly and offered either an alternative destination or a full refund.</li>

  <li><b>Departure Airports:</b> When selecting your airport region, flights may depart from any airport within that group to secure the best possible deal. If departing from a regional airport outside London, a £40 per person supplement applies, payable directly to the Holiday Provider.</li>

  <li><b>Flights:</b> Your holiday includes selected flights only. Changes or upgrades may incur additional costs. Long-haul flights may include stopovers. Basic hand luggage is included, subject to airline size and weight restrictions.</li>

  <li><b>Time in Destination:</b> The minimum time in destination is 40 hours for 2-night breaks from London or Manchester, 36 hours for 2-night breaks from other UK airports, and 60 hours for 3-night breaks from any UK airport.</li>

  <li><b>Redemption &amp; Refunds:</b> Once your destination is revealed and your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable.</li>

  <li><b>Exclusions:</b> Your holiday does not include transfers, meals, travel insurance, checked baggage, or other extras.</li>

  <li><b>Visas &amp; Travel Regulations:</b> You are responsible for securing any necessary visas and complying with local travel regulations. Refunds may be provided if the Foreign Office imposes travel restrictions, but otherwise bookings remain non-refundable.</li>

  <li><b>ATOL Protection:</b> Your Mystery Holiday is financially protected under the ATOL scheme, providing peace of mind for your booking. For details on financial protection and to view the ATOL Certificate, click <a href="https://www.atol.org" target="_blank">here</a>.</li>
